Such cleansing can bring about a profound sense of ease and exuberance in your system, leaving you naturally meditative!

Detoxification
This is what happened to me because of a Yogic-Ayurvedic detox, and it can happen to you too!
Explore Hatha Yoga
There is much more to Yoga than muscle stretching and slow breathing!
While it is widely acknowledged that Hatha Yoga is not just about bending and twisting your body, the subtleties which actually characterize ‘Hatha’ are often missing or oversimplified in modern Yoga studios.
Hatha is a well-calibrated system to defrost one's energy body and sensitize the Chakras, or the Energy centers.
Don't worry! The practices are quite simple. And yet intensive enough.
Come and explore the core principles of “Hatha”, and be ready to be surprised to know the secrets that your body has been murmuring to you all along!
Meditative Techniques
Astonishingly Simple and Practical techniques which anyone can practice.
Spiritual teachings, such as that of Vedanta, are often turned into head-spinning technical jargon and philosophical conclusions which have no practical consequence for a seeker.
Rather, they turn into burdensome baggage of knowledge!
But there were many astonishingly simple techniques in ancient India which serve as practical means for a seeker to actually taste Vedanta – the Ending of Knowledge.
These techniques are not abstract intellectual exercises, but concrete methods employing tangible means.

Inquiry Into Life...
Have you not ever wondered as to what is this all about?
Inquiry sessions will draw from my book, and will adhere to the same spirit – no abrupt magical words dropping from the heavens, no convolutions of the intellect, nor any conclusions asserted just because someone said something.
You will engage in plain uncompromising inquiry, where you are true to yourself, and let Clarity dawn of its own accord.
